     Asharqia Chamber implements four distinctive training programs launched in the mid of current May
     
           Asharqia Chamber represented the training center during the current month of May, organizes a number of training programs, aiming at the development of workers skills in the private sector, discussing a number of important topics at the present time.
    The first of these programs discusses the ""system of the new Saudi labor and the mechanism of its application"", and lasts for four training days starts on Sunday, May 15, 2016 for men and women which targets ""managers, supervisors and employees in the human resources sector, and all managers and supervisors working in all departments to learn the methodical dealing with their employees, and those interested in the Saudi labor system and university graduates specialized in human resources, the program deals with a number of themes, most prominently: ""the definitions and  laws in the new Saudi labor regulations and the most important outcomes, including the definition of income and the actual income and what it includes of allowances, bounses, advantages and commissions"" .. the program reviews the list of subjected and excluded from the new Saudi labor Law, with a look at the violations of working system conditions and the rights of the workers, and the rights and duties and obligations of the work owner and the actions resulting from it, and his deputy, and the rights and duties and obligations of the work owner to the employer, with the definition of the unified regulation to organize work and controls and mechanisms approved by the Ministry of Labor, as well as mechanisms to employ Saudis and the operations of training and development and  their distribution plan  according to the ministry methods, and the training and rehabilitation contracts and the modification have been made to them that consider the employer and the worker he got, and identifying the employment contracts, both fixed and  unfixed and the unified contracts of the ministry, and identifying the causes of ending the employment contract and the legal reasons to cancel the contract and the unfair dismissal, identifying the dates of work, official holidays, regular, emergency, sickness and examinations dates, and to identify the most important statement in terms of women working the new labor system, and the main points of violations of inspections and fines imposed .. the program which is held in the evening discusses cases and provisions issued by the Ministry of Labor, such as work contract, which includes the period of the experiment and the transfer of the scientist  and hid assignment and experience certificate, and so on .. the last day of the program will be allocated to examine the issue of (labor accounting system), which includes the accounts of ( incomes, allowances, discounts, commissions, bonuses and incentives, and compensation paid as a result of dismissal for illegal reasons, regular and sick leave, as  it is stated in the labor system, and the end of the regular service reward and resignment,  periods of complicated and simple service, work injuries and occupational diseases, maternity leave for women, and what was in the regulations and systems of its application"".
    The second program (Professional Project Management PMP) which will be held over six days starting on Saturday, May 21, 2016 in the evening, where it discusses on the first day: ""An Introduction to Projects Management: facts and information, and a look at projects management guide (PMBOK) and examining the Professional project management (PMP), and the framework of project management, and the system and life cycle of the project and project management processes) .. On the second day  the program deals with (project integration management), and the third day: "" The project domain management, the verification of the domain, and the profession morality, ""on the fourth day:"" the project time management, "".. and the fifth day will be about"" management of the project costs and project quality management "", the program concludes on the sixth day with a following the discussion of  the subject of quality of the project management, along with other  subjects  such as the ""The management of human resources of the project, the Department of communications in the project, the management of project risks, and management of contracts and supplying  "".. the program will be held in the main building of the Chamber in Dammam.                                                                                                                                                                             The third program is (successful leadership program), which aims at developing the knowledge and improve the skills and building the special potentials of the process for leadership among the participants by following the latest international practices in this regard, to gain access to the process of influencing others using the moral authority and moving them to achieve these beneficial goals.
    This program, which is held for 4 days training starting on Sunday, May 22, 2016 AD is dealing with the leadership definition .. and differentiating between leadership and management, to differentiate between the different leadership styles, and the easy and flexible moving between the four levels of leadership, and the practice of business and applying the leader role in the success of management, the development of habits of effective leadership for the successful character, and learning about the different methods of leadership and the advantages of each, and the practice of dimensions of the five  features of successful leadership, and identify the systems and the three patterns of the work, and determinint the tripartite relationship between the leader and his followers and the business climate., and learn about the various subordinates patterns and the role of  leading with them, and learning the method of leading positions flexibly, and  using the tools to measure leadership and flexibility skill, and identifying the six foundations for the continuation of successful leadership, and knowing some pioneering leadership experiences.
    The program concludes with (Public Relations Management) directed for Women, which aims to identify the nature and importance of public relations in the new international challenges, and practicing the rules of the Protocol and etiquette, and   enabling the the participants of the performance of the work in public relations efficiently and effectively.
    The program which lasts four training days starting from Sunday (May 29, 2016)  discusses the difference between public relations and other tasks, activities, functions and duties of public relations, and international exhibitions and markets, and visiting important VIP personalities, crisis management, and dealing with the media, planning and program preparation and the etiquette of meetings and interviews .. the advantage of this program is to all workers in the public relations sector of the employees and officials, who like to get to know the Department of public relations.
